Bedwas
If you're interested in learning martial arts in Bedwas then come and try our Korean Kickboxing classes. The class is taught on the dance floor area on the bottom floor of the Greenfly with a friendly atmosphere. The adults follow the kids classes with one of the lessons being taught on a Sunday, so if yours are boring why not spend it getting fit and learning a martial art which is great for relieving tension.
